Apples for gallbladder inflammation

It also includes malic acid, a substance that acts as a plasticizer and prevents the liver from producing cholesterol, a factor in the development of gallstones.

Apple, apple juice, and apple cider vinegar are recommended to help dissolve gallstones, to eliminate toxins and also to relieve pain. But these ingredients must be properly prepared and dosed.

Natural apple juice

Peel the apple, remove the seeds, cut it into pieces and place it in the blender, with 1 cup of water. Liquefy and Drink 2 times a day, one of them in the morning, on an empty stomach.

Apple cider vinegar drink

Dissolve 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of apple cider vinegar and drink after the meal, to facilitate digestion.

Cooked apple smoothie

In a saucepan, bring 2 peeled, seeded apples, cut into chunks, to boil in 1 cup of water. When the fruit begins to shrink, add the juice of ½ lemon and a cinnamon stick. To do this, combine in the blender 1 peeled beet cut into cubes, a peeled and clean chopped green apple, 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast (10 grams), an ingredient rich in inositol that promotes liver function and Gallbladder.

Remember do not include sugar in any of these recipes, as in case of inflammation of the gallbladder, increases inflammation and pain.
