Quirónsalud reinforces its commitment to basketball by being part of one of the great sporting events to be held in our country this summer. The Quirónsalud Valencia Hospital will be the reference hospital for all the EuroBasket 2021 teams that play their matches in Valencia.
The collaboration of the Spanish Basketball Federation and Quirónsalud thus takes a further step in the Women’s EuroBasket 2021. The two entities have reached a collaboration agreement whereby the Quirónsalud Valencia Hospital will offer medical care coverage to the Spanish Basketball Team during the preparation matches and the celebration of the tournament, at the same time that it will also be the reference center for all the teams that play their matches in the Valencian capital during the tournament.
The Women’s EuroBasket 2021 will be held from June 17 to 27 in Valencia and in the French city of Strasbourg. Spain comes to this tournament after having achieved the gold medal in the last two editions, those of 2017 and 2019. During the first phase, the Spanish headquarters will host all the matches of group A, in which Spain has been included, and of B. And in the final phase it will host two matches of the Quarter-Finals, the Semifinals and the Final.
In all these encounters, the Quirónsalud Valencia hospital will be the reference center to take care of the health of the teams and will make its facilities and health personnel made up of top-level specialists at your disposal. In fact, the center is considered one of the 20 best private hospitals in Spain, according to the latest Health Reputation Monitor prepared by Merco, which also highlighted it as the private center with the best reputation in the entire Valencian Community.
